Culpepper, Hughes & Head specializes in the social, political, economic, literary and cultural history of African Americans, Africa and the Caribbean. We are located in Columbia, MD, (a planned city midway between Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC), just one mile from the "Mall" in downtown Columbia.
